Each week you will have fun learning and improving your functional breathing patterns and knowledge, challenging yourself, tracking your progress, learn how to deeply relax and regulate your body while calming your mind.
We started practising breathwork in 2013, now with years of experience and 12 combined certifications we love sharing the art and science of breathwork
We have explored and experimented extensively using modern science and ancient techniques and are really excited to share with you this simple but highly effective tool.

Everyone is welcome to attend, this session is designed to suit people exploring breathwork for the very first time as well as those who are experienced facilitators
