level 2 FAQS

  • Level 2 is designed for those who have completed our FIA Level 1 Breathwork Instructor Training 

  • While the course focuses on group facilitation, you’ll gain valuable skills that are applicable to one-on-one sessions and personal development. It's perfect for those wanting to deepen their knowledge and practice

  • We offer both in-person and online versions of Level 2 training. Choose the option that best fits your learning style and schedule.

  • Safety is our number one priority . The style of breathwork we will teaching is not suitable for those with the following:

    Severe PTSD

    Heart disease

    Heart conditions

    Pregnancy

    Epilepsy and history of seizures

    Severe asthma

    High blood pressure

    Mental health conditions (schizophrenia, psychosis,bipolar and other diagnosed mental health conditions)

    Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the last 5 years.

    Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect ability to participate in any activities that involve intense physical and/or emotional release.

    Severe diabetes

    Detached retina

    Glaucoma

    Aneurysm in brain or abdomen

  • The in-person training lasts for 5 days from 8am-5pm . You get to organise your accommodation and meals. The online training spans over 8 weeks, with a mix of live sessions and recordings if you miss a session.

  • No. It is strongly not recommended to attend or participate in any style of conscious connected, hyperventilation or breaths holds during pregnancy. The safety of our participants always comes first and we would love to have you at a training post pregnancy.

  • You should expect to spend additional time reviewing materials, preparing for your public speaking assignments, and practicing techniques on your own or with a partner. Leave aside a few hours a week for this.

  • All live online sessions are recorded, and you’ll have lifetime access to the training materials, so you can watch the sessions at a time that suits you.

  • Yes! Upon successful completion of Level 2 training, you will receive a certification as a Level 2 Breathwork Instructor.

  • You can sign up for the training via our website. Visit the course page to select your preferred format (in-person or online), view upcoming dates, and register

  • You will always have the support of the team here at Flow Institute Australia for life. Access to regular online Q & A sessions to ask your Master Instructor questions and learn from fellow members' experiences. Lifetime access to videos and manuals.   • A reliable internet connection, a computer or tablet with a webcam and microphone, and a quiet space with distractions to participate in sessions

  • Revise your Level 1 online modules, notes and manual from your Level 1 training . Prepare your space for online sessions and start thinking about your introduction speech, which will be part of the course. You will get detailed instructions on what to do for your public speaking module.
